Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead our brand and design agency's sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that align with the company's business objectives, managing key client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales plan that aligns with the company's business objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, set sales targets, and monitor progress towards those targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction with the agency's services.
Develop proposals and presentations that showcase the agency's capabilities and services, and present them to potential clients in a compelling manner.
Analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to grow revenue.
Collaborate with other departments within the agency, including the creative team, to ensure that client needs are being met and high-quality services are being delivered.
Manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure that the team is operating within budget and revenue targets are being met.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities, and use this information to develop strategies that help the agency stay ahead of the competition.
Act as a brand ambassador for the agency, representing it at industry events and conferences, and building relationships with key industry players.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including the executive team, to ensure that sales strategies align with the company's overall objectives.
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in a sales role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management position.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, as well as experience managing a team of sales representatives.
Strong understanding of the brand and design industry or a related field, such as marketing or advertising.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other departments within the agency.
Analytical skills to analyze market trends, client data, and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to grow revenue.
Creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to help the agency stand out in a competitive market.
