Job Title: Senior Designer

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow and develop their skills.

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, develop design briefs, and present design solutions that meet their expectations.

• Conceptualize and design creative solutions for a range of projects, including brand identity, packaging, print collateral, digital design, and environmental design.

• Work closely with other departments within the agency, including the sales team, to understand client needs and ensure that the agency is delivering high-quality services that meet those needs.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure that the agency is at the forefront of design innovation.

• Present design solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner, effectively communicating the creative strategy behind each design concept.

• Manage design budgets and ensure that projects are delivered within budget and on time.

• Ensure that the creative team adheres to the agency's standards for quality and consistency, and that all work is delivered to the highest standard.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a design role, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management position.

• Strong portfolio of work demonstrating experience in a range of design disciplines, including brand identity, packaging, print collateral, digital design, and environmental design.

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma and InVision.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and other departments within the agency.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience managing budgets and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide and develop a team of designers.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
