Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our brand and design agency's project management processes and ensure that our client projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, communicating with clients, and ensuring that our project management systems and processes are optimized for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, develop project plans, and ensure that project deliverables meet their expectations.
Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and ensure that they are satisfied with the progress and quality of their projects.
Use project management tools and software to track project progress, manage resources, and identify and mitigate project risks.
Work closely with the creative team to ensure that project deliverables are of the highest quality and meet client expectations.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, including designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project performance metrics and use data to continuously improve our project management processes and systems.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a project management role, preferably in a creative or design-related industry.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, team members, and other departments within the agency.
Strong organizational and planning skills to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Experience using project management tools and software, such as Wrike, Asana, Trello, or Basecamp.
Ability to identify and mitigate project risks, and manage project conflicts and issues.
Bachelor's degree in project management, business, marketing, or a related field.
Overall, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the agency's project management processes, managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, communicating with clients, and ensuring that our project management systems and processes are optimized for maximum efficiency.
