Job title: Creative Strategist

Job Summary: As a Creative Strategist at our brand and design agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies that help our clients achieve their business goals. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and crafting compelling creative concepts that align with their brand and vision. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all work is delivered on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to understand their business goals, brand, and target audience

  • Develop and execute creative strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute visual concepts that support the creative strategy

  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the creative strategy space

  • Present concepts and strategies to clients and senior leadership, and provide guidance and recommendations for implementation

  • Manage client relationships and ensure that all work is delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, advertising, or communications

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role, preferably in a creative agency or marketing environment

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and articulate key insights and opportunities

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to clients and cross-functional teams

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • A passion for creativity and a desire to continuously learn and improve your skills
