Job Summary: As a Creative Director at DHD, you will be responsible for leading our creative team and overseeing all aspects of the creative process, from concept development to final execution. Your role will involve managing multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all work is aligned with our clients' goals and objectives. You will also play a critical role in maintaining the agency's reputation as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the creative team, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional development

  • Oversee all aspects of the creative process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring that all work is aligned with clients' goals and objectives

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, strategists, and designers, to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

  • Play a key role in new business development, working closely with the business development team to pitch and win new clients

  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to enhance the agency's creative output and stay ahead of the competition

  • Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture that inspires creativity, innovation, and excellence

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as design, advertising, or marketing

  • 8+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating exceptional creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence

  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of designers, writers, and creatives

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work on time and within budget

  • Deep understanding of design and creative processes, including brand development, typography, layout, and digital design

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, strategies, and feedback to clients, cross-functional teams, and senior leadership.
